Abstract	The article deals with the problematic aspects of the distinction of disciplinary and administrative responsibility of servicemen and persons equated to them. Analyzes the individual rules of the Disciplinary Code of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Code of Administrative Offences. The cases of involvement of the military disciplinary liability for administrative offenses. Proposed changes in the specific legislation in the field of social protection of servicemen.
